What size acrow prop do I need?

Measure your floor-to-ceiling height first. Size 0 covers 1.0m to 1.8m, Size 1 covers 1.75m to 3.12m for most domestic rooms, and Size 3 covers 2.6m to 4.87m for taller or open-plan spaces.

Acrow props themselves do not need approval, but the structural work they support (removing a load-bearing wall, for example) almost always does. Speak to a structural engineer and your local building control team before starting.

Do I need a trade account to hire an acrow prop in Leeds?

No. No trade account, no credit checks, no applications. Browse the catalogue, pick your dates, and pay online. We deliver to your site.
