Our manual threaded rod cutters and cordless stud cutters are capable of cutting up to 8mm and 10mm diameter threaded rod and studs, depending on the blades used. The cordless stud cutters are capable of making up to 660 cuts per charge, and we supply them with two batteries so there is no need for downtime while you wait for the battery to charge - simply swap the dead battery for the new charged battery and carry on working. Our stud cutters allow for a high volume of cuts to be made quickly and accurately, without damaging the threading. These tools are ideal for tradspeople who need to cut studs and threaded rods on site in order to install overhead piping, sprinklers, air conditioning and more.
