Better late than never
I waited in all day on Tuesday but it never arrived. I left a message to that effect on Tuesday evening with an automatic reply stating they would get in touch with in 24 hours. No reply within 24 hours so I sent another email late Wed afternoon. This time I did get an apology and a promise that it would be delivered before 1200 hours the following day as requested. I also insisted that I would not return it until the following Monday as I had effectively lost 1 1/2 days. The actual tower was fine and served my purpose but not delivering it on the day I requested was very poor and the fact that I had to chase it twice was unsatisfactory.
