Description
Scaffold hire for use in lift shafts
Lift shaft scaffold towers provide a safe and secure access inside lift shafts. You can use them for working at a height for repairs, maintenance, servicing, and inspection. These specialist alloy access towers have a short deck design and narrow width. You can build and scale them with ease within the confines of a tight working space.
The towers come with a 3.2m high platform. You can fix extra sections on top of each other so you can reach a desired height, up to 20.2m. You will need ties and stabilisers for reach beyond 4m.
Engineers access the platform through a 3T trap door and ladder system. You climb to the working platform from the inside of the tower, as recommended for safety by HSE. Lift shaft towers come supplied with everything you need to construct.
Each delivery will include safety handrails, platforms, ladder access system, and toe boards. They provide a convenient and practical solution to accessing heights in difficult locations, without compromising user safety.
