3kVA Transformer Hire Power 110v Equipment Using a Domestic 240v Outlet You can plug this 3kVA transformer into a standard 240v power supply and drop the feed to 110v, allowing you to power 110v equipment. You can use it with SDS drills, small demolition hammers, bench grinders, angle grinders, jigsaws, and circular saws. It is also suitable for lighting, industrial fans, dehumidifiers, and fume extractors. The tough, robust, portable design makes this transformer ideal for on-site use, as it is manufactured to withstand and perform in harsh conditions and is easy to transport and store. It has an intermittent rating of 3000W, with a duty cycle of 5 minutes on and 15 minutes off. This transformer also has a continuous rating of 1650W.
