Our heavy-duty air breakers have a reduced vibration output, so they are much safer and more comfortable to use over long periods. These powerful pneumatic breakers work along with an air compressor. They are ideal for large, industrial breaking applications, such as breaking road surfaces, pavements and paths, reinforced concrete, brickwork and asphalt. The built-in HAPS system reduces harmful hand and arm vibrations, improving productivity.

Air breakers are convenient because of their simplicity. They have fewer moving parts that other concrete breakers, so they are light and easy to use for precision cutting. When the machines are running offload, the piston turns on air-cushions at either end of the cylinder, virtually eliminating metal-to-metal contact and reducing vibrations. These pneumatic breakers have slim profiles and a balanced body with a low centre of gravity. The streamlined design does not obscure the chisel and work-piece from the operator.

These pneumatic breakers feature a wear-resistant polyurethane silencer that cuts the noise emission by up to 75%. Combined with the comfortable handles, soft start 2-step trigger, and integrated lubricator, these tools are comfortable to handle for the duration of the workday. They also have a unique swivel coupling, which rotates even when pressurized, making these breakers easier to manoeuvre.
