Plumbing & Pumping Hire Across the UK

Getting plumbing installation work right

A square, clean pipe end matters more than most people expect when it comes to making a joint that will not leak, a pipe cut with a hacksaw usually needs deburring and squaring before a compression fitting or press tool will seat properly, which is why a proper pipe cutter pays for itself on anything beyond a single joint.

Press-fit systems have become the standard for speed on both copper and plastic pipe, no flame, no flux, and a joint that is ready to pressure test within seconds of pressing, but the jaw size must match the pipe diameter exactly, an incorrectly sized jaw is one of the few ways a press-fit joint can fail.

Dewatering equipment earns its place on a plumbing hire alongside pipe tools because leaks and burst pipes create standing water fast, having a submersible pump on hand alongside your pipe cutting and jointing tools means a repair job does not stall waiting for a second piece of kit to be delivered separately.
