Boom Lift Hire Across the UK

Choosing the right boom lift

Start with working height and outreach together. A telescopic boom gives the most reach for its footprint when nothing is in the way, while an articulated boom trades some outreach for the ability to climb over a canopy, a roof edge or plant on the ground.

Then check the ground and the route in. Rough-terrain diesel booms suit open construction sites. Electric booms suit indoor work with no exhaust fumes and quieter running. Spider lifts spread their weight on outriggers and fit through gaps that a wheeled boom cannot.

If you would rather not supply your own operator, operated van-mounted and truck-mounted booms come with a trained driver and operator, which suits short jobs on the public highway.
